Honolulu Mayor Hanneman will sign the North America Safe Boating Week (NASBW) Proclamation declaring May 17-23 as the North American Safe Boating Week.
Ceremony will take place aboard THE BOAT at Aloha Tower Pier 9 at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 1, 2008.
Guests to include Commander 14th Coast Guard District, Sector Honolulu, Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR).

The session on 3MAY is an 'AUX10' one day IS class and will train and help you qualify as your Flotilla IS officer.
All floitillas in Division's 1 and 3 are requested to send a minimum of two potential candidates that have a sincere interest in fullfilling this vital role.

Station Honolulu gives a boat house tour and takes Auxiliary members underway aboard a Coast Guard small boat to observe training.
